Ticket holders for 2020 who requested ( before the deadline date) to carry over their tickets until 2022 , new 2022 tickets will be sent to you - 2020 tickets are not valid unless you requested the carry over before the deadline date 

Site opens 4pm on the Thursday , earlier access only allowed with express permission from the venue.

This ticket is issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue owners, operators and management.

The management reserve the right to refuse admission.

Admission is at the ticket holders own risk. The promoter shall not be held liable for any loss, injury or damage sustained within the premises.

Neither the venue nor the promoter can accept responsibility for lost or stolen property.

Unauthorised use of recording equipment is prohibited. No professional audio, audio visual or cinematic devices shall be brought into the venue without written permission.

A reasonable amount of alcohol can be bought into the campsite for personal consumption only and may not be consumed in the venue.

Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times, dog owners are responsible for their pets.

Fireworks, smoke canisters and incendiary devices are not permitted on site. Any person in possession of such items will be refused entry.

Any person who fails to comply with instructions from a steward or other person acting for the management may be ejected from site.

The promoter reserves the right to alter or change the programme without notice.

In the event of cancellation, a  refund will be issued.

In the event of cancellation by Force Majeure a full refund can be requested, if no refund is requested it shall be assumed the ticket holder is happy for the ticket to roll over to the next year.  will allow a reasonable time for refunds to be requested of no less than 28 days. After this time the ticket issued will be valid for the following year and these terms and conditions will apply to the new date.

Duplicate tickets will not be issued under any circumstances.

Ticket holders consent to the filming and sound recording as members of the audience.

Only official merchandise will be on sale inside the venue.

Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18.

Parental advisory music warning: Some music played at the event may contain explicit lyrics or have swear words associated with the Artists song.

Tickets are non-refundable.

You may be at risk of refused entry if you did not purchase your ticket from the official website we have a Zero Tolerance Policy in regard to drugs. It is forbidden to use, deal and/or to be in possession of drugs on both the festival grounds and camping site. If you are caught using and/or dealing drugs or if you are found in possession of drugs, you will be forced to leave the festival ground and/or campsite. We will keep a keen eye out to make sure that everyone adheres to this rule.

This policy is rigorously enforced and in relevant cases means handing over to the Police.

Management reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions from time to time as required.
